Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Pretty Things Store is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If USPS marks a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
